HPDM 5 does not accept tasks for ThinPro 5.x Thin Clients
ThinPro 5.x Thin Clients can connect to HPDM5 but do not accept any task. Task is stuck in Sending phase.
- On the HPDM server start the Configuration Center
- Go to HPDM Gateway
- Change TLS 1.0 Compatibility to ‘Yes’
- Accept that the Gateway Service needs to be restarted.
- Resend task to ThinPro 5.x Thin Client
