When you take over (shadow) a Thin Client (with VNC) an (annoying) performance graph is showed in the right bottom corner. This graph prevents the use of the system tray (Systray) of the Thin Client. The next article describes how to remove this graph.

On the server or workstation where the console is installed go to the folder:

%ProgramData%\HP\HP Device Manager\Console\conf

or

C:\Programdata\HP\HP Device Manager\Console\conf

and find vnc.conf file.

Open the file in a text editor of choice and edit the file as shown below (remove -Log and everything behind it)

Save the file and restart the shadow session.
