Connection with Citrix Netscaler from HP Easyshell disconnect directly after start.

HP Easy Shell immediately disconnects from the NetScaler after setting up a connection. As a result, it is not possible to connect to published desktops and apps.

Software/Applications:

- HP Easy Shell, version 3.6.6

- NetScaler, all versions

Computers:

- All Thin Client models

Operating-systems:

- Microsoft Windows 10 IoT (64-bit)

- Microsoft Windows Embedded Standard 7 (WES 7E)

- Microsoft Windows Embedded Standard 7 (WES 7P)

To solve this problem, HP EasyShell needs to be upgraded to HP EasyShell 3.6.17 or higher

Download and install HP EasyShell using :

  • HP Thin Update
  • HP Update Center vanuit HP Device Manager
