New/fixed features:
Microsoft Edge Support has been added to “HP EasyShell Website” settings.
Administrators now have the choice between Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge to facilitate web browsing within HP EasyShell.
Browser windows can be forced to Fullscreen mode, set to be embedded within the HP EasyShell window.
When set to embedded mode Administrators can either allow or disable closing the embedded window.
HP Anyware support has been added to the connection settings.
This allows administrators to preconfigure HP Anyware with: Connection Broker Address, Login information, Auto-Launch, Launch Delay, Launch Arguments and Exit Actions (Log Off, Restart or Shutdown)
Advanced Settings allow for specific Domain or Desktops to be configured. There you can also Force Fullscreen mode, Disable USB, and set the logging level and security mode.
Shortcut buttons for Cellular Configuration, Wireless Networking Settings and Bluetooth Settings can now be enabled.
Allowing a user direct access to the respective Windows Settings screen.
This allows Administrators to tailor the amount of settings accessible by the user, allowing user to switch between different WiFi networks, turning 4G connections on or off, or connecting a Bluetooth Enabled device.
Of course this is added on top of the previously already available setting shortcuts: Mouse, Keyboard, Display, Sound, Region and Language, Date and Time, Ease of Access Center, Devices and Printer, and Internet Explorer properties.
Each of these settings shortcuts can be enabled individually.
NOTES:
StoreFront connection only supports version 12 of the Citrix Gateway.
Workaround: Use the web browser connection if connecting to Citrix Gateway version 13 or greater.
AVD plugin allows adding individual AVD resources through connections. If the user needs to access their whole app store, it is advised AVD be added via Apps.
